SLIP - ONS
Slip-ons are usually light, lace-less shoes. The most widespread type, known as a loafer or slippers in American culture, has a moccasin design. One of London's first designs was introduced by Wildsmith Shoes, called the Wildsmith Loafer. They started out as casual shoes, but became more popular with city lounge suits to the point that they were worn in America. Slip-ons are still one of the best-selling accessories of today. The refreshingly simple design and comfort make it a staple in every shoe owner's rotation.
